Our goal is for each client to be happy with their results. Treatments received cannot be refunded. If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return to the salon within 3 days of your appointment, so we can adjust your results.

Products purchased at Butterfly PMU Salon & Spa can only be refunded, within 3 days of purchase, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may be charged. A receipt is necessary for any product returns. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business day to the original method of payment. Gift Cards or special discounts are non-refundable.
